Do you deliver to Hope Island the same day?
Yes. Order before 2pm, Monday to Saturday, and your flowers are arranged that morning and delivered to Hope Island that afternoon. After 2pm they go out on the next delivery day. If it has to land inside a particular window, add Priority Delivery in the cart and we put it at the front of the run.
How much is flower delivery to Hope Island?
$20. Hope Island 4212 is in our Northern corridor delivery zone, and that is the whole fee rather than a starting price. Checkout confirms it before you pay. Sending to Gold Coast University Hospital? Delivery there is free: choose the hospital in your cart and the fee comes off by itself.
Can you deliver to an apartment, an office or a gated estate in Hope Island?
Yes, and most of what we take to Hope Island is one of the three. Add the unit number and the buzzer code, or the name of the person on reception, in the delivery note at checkout, and we take it to the door rather than leave it in a lobby. For acreage and gated estates, a gate code and a line of directions in that same note saves us a phone call.
Will my flowers look exactly like the photo?
Every arrangement is composed by hand — a one-of-a-kind piece, never repeated, never off a shelf. We choose only what the season is giving at its most beautiful, so a single bloom may differ softly from the photograph; the design, its palette and its worth are honoured to the last stem.
Can I collect from the shop instead?
Yes. Choose Pickup at checkout and collect free from Shop 38, The Mark, 3-15 Orchid Avenue, Surfers Paradise. Prefer it delivered? Same-day across the Gold Coast on orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Saturday.
