Delivery

We hand-deliver across the Gold Coast from our shop at Shop 38, The Mark, 3-15 Orchid Avenue, Surfers Paradise.

Same-day delivery

Order by 2pm, Monday to Saturday, and we deliver the same day. Miss the cut-off and your flowers go on the next delivery day. We are closed on Sundays, so orders placed over the weekend are delivered on Monday.

Missed the cut-off and it matters? Call us on 0402 522 505 and we will do what we can.

What delivery costs

Delivery is priced by the recipient's suburb, from $12 to $25. You do not need to work out which band you are in: enter the delivery address at checkout and the right fee is applied automatically.

  • $12 — Southport, Labrador, Ashmore, Molendinar, Arundel, Parkwood, Surfers Paradise, Main Beach, Bundall, Broadbeach, Mermaid Beach, Mermaid Waters, Nobby Beach
  • $15 — Runaway Bay, Biggera Waters, Coombabah, Paradise Point, Hollywell, Nerang, Carrara, Robina, Varsity Lakes, Merrimac, Burleigh Heads, Burleigh Waters, Miami, Reedy Creek
  • $20 — Oxenford, Maudsland, Helensvale, Hope Island, Sanctuary Cove, Palm Beach, Elanora, Currumbin, Currumbin Waters, Tallebudgera
  • $25 — Coomera, Upper Coomera, Pimpama, Willow Vale, Coolangatta, Bilinga, Tugun, Kirra, Rainbow Bay

You can also check any Gold Coast postcode on our delivery page before you order. If your suburb is not listed, call us on 0402 522 505 — we can often still help.

Hospitals

We deliver six days a week to these Gold Coast hospitals:

  • Gold Coast University Hospital, Southport
  • Gold Coast Private Hospital, Southport
  • Southport Private Hospital, Southport
  • Pindara Private Hospital, Benowa
  • Robina Hospital, Robina
  • John Flynn Private Hospital, Tugun

Delivery is charged at the normal fee for that suburb, the same as any other address. Everything bound for a ward goes boxed, so it can sit on the bedside table with nothing to find first.

Some wards, intensive care and maternity in particular, restrict flowers. It is worth ringing the ward before you order. If your flowers can't be accepted we bring them back to the shop and call you.

Please include the ward or room number and a phone number for the recipient where you can.

Hotels & apartments

We deliver to hotel receptions and apartment buildings every delivery day. Please include the unit number and a phone number for the recipient where you can.

Collecting in store

You are welcome to collect free of charge. Choose Pickup at checkout and collect from Shop 38, The Mark, 3-15 Orchid Avenue, Surfers Paradise.

If nobody's home

Our driver will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot where possible, or call you to arrange another time. A re-delivery fee may apply if a second trip is needed.
