Arrival
A private fiftieth at The Langham, Gold Coast. Gladioli, dahlias and cymbidium orchids built to full height on a pedestal at the door, with amaranthus trailing well below it. Designed to the ceiling and to the sightline from the entrance, so it carries across the room and still rewards a guest standing right next to it.
The same evening, at the bar
One palette carried through the property rather than a new idea in every room. Anthurium, chrysanthemum and dahlia set at the height of a guest standing at the counter, with the amaranthus spilling over the marble.

Getting started
Can we sit down and meet first?
Please do — we'd genuinely rather meet than quote off an email. We'll come to your property and walk the spaces with you, or you're very welcome to sit down with us in the shop on Orchid Avenue.
It's much easier to talk about scale, palette and vessels standing in the room the flowers are going in. There's no cost and no obligation attached to it.
Is the first install really free?
Yes. We install the first arrangement free so you can live with it before committing to anything — see it in your light, at your scale, with your guests walking past it.
For a property with several spaces, we'll agree which space the trial covers when we walk it with you.
What does it cost for a property?
Arrangements are priced per week: from $65 for Essential, $95 for Signature and $145 for Premium. Lobby and atrium pieces begin at $225 and are quoted to the room.
There is a minimum of $95 a week per property — one Signature arrangement, or any combination of spaces that reaches it. Properties with several spaces are quoted as one package rather than a list of line items, so you see a single weekly figure.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Tell us before your next delivery day and we'll stop.
How do we pay?
Invoiced monthly in arrears, on 14-day terms. Card, bank transfer, or EFTPOS in store.
Access & timing
Can you install outside guest hours?
Yes, and we prefer to. Lobbies are best done early, restaurants before service, function rooms around your run sheet.
Tell us your window in the enquiry, along with the loading dock, lift access, security codes or induction requirements. That detail is what most often goes wrong, so we'd rather have it up front.
Who installs and maintains them?
Our florist. We arrive on the agreed day, replace the stems, clean and refill the vessels, and take the spent flowers away. Nobody on your housekeeping or front-office team needs to touch them.
Do you supply the vessels?
Either way. We can supply vessels as part of the arrangement, or design into what the property already owns. Vessels we supply remain ours, and are swapped at each visit.
Can you do low-scent or allergy-safe designs?
Yes. Spa treatment rooms, dining rooms and guest suites often want presence without perfume, so we design those with low-scent stems and leave the heavily fragrant lilies for open lobbies.
Guests & events
Can you deliver flowers into a guest's room?
Yes — welcome flowers, honeymoon and anniversary arrangements, and VIP amenities. We can hold at the concierge desk or deliver into the room on the guest's schedule rather than ours.
We're on Orchid Avenue, so we're minutes away when a request comes in late.
Can guests order directly and have it charged to the room?
A guest can order from us directly, or your concierge can order on their behalf and we'll invoice the property.
Do you handle weddings and events held at our property?
Yes. Ceremonies, receptions, conferences, launches and functions — delivered, installed and packed down, coordinated with your events team.
You don't need a standing order with us to book one.
What happens if flowers wilt early in the heat?
Tell us and we'll replace them. Gold Coast humidity and an atrium full of afternoon sun are hard on flowers, so we design for the room's conditions — and if something goes over before its time, that's on us, not on your budget.
