Surfers Paradise hotels & towers
Flowers to their hotel, today.
Order before 2pm, Monday to Saturday, and we walk them down to reception the same afternoon.
Choose their flowersAmong the hotels we’ve delivered to

These are a few. We deliver to hotels, resorts and apartment towers right across the Gold Coast, so if their hotel is not on the list, we will still find the front desk.
How it works
Simple, even from the other side of the world.
Choose the flowers
Anything in the shop can go to a hotel. If you'd rather leave it to us, the Florist's Edit is built from whatever is best that morning.
Give us the hotel and their name
Put the hotel's street address in the delivery fields and the guest's full name as the recipient. If you know their check-in date, add it in the notes.
We deliver to reception
Our driver hands the flowers to the front desk or concierge with your card attached. Most of the towers are minutes from the shop on Orchid Avenue.
Reception takes it up
The desk matches the name to the booking and gets the flowers to the room. If the guest hasn't arrived yet, they wait at the desk.
In their words
The first words about us.
“…The flowers were absolutely stunning so fresh, beautifully arranged and you can tell so much care and attention went into every little detail.”
“Such a beautiful shop!! So hard to choose. Won’t be going anywhere else.”
“Service was extremely helpful, Victoria listened to what I needed and helped to find the perfect gift for my budget.”
“…The colours were beautiful and my mum absolutely loved it.”

The bits that usually trip people up.
Hotels work differently to houses. Here is exactly how it goes, so you can order without second-guessing it.
Where we hand them over
Flowers go to the front desk or concierge rather than to the room door. That is how the towers here prefer it, and it is the reliable way to be sure the flowers are looked after instead of left in a corridor. The desk takes it from there.
Hotels and towers we deliver to
We deliver to every hotel, resort and residential tower in Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. The ones we're asked for most:
- Q1 Resort & Spa
- Hilton Surfers Paradise
- Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise
- JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa
- voco Gold Coast
- Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise
- Novotel Surfers Paradise
- Mantra Legends Hotel
- Meriton Suites Surfers Paradise
- The Star Gold Coast, Broadbeach
- Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach
That list isn't the limit of it. If it has a front desk on the Gold Coast, we can get flowers to it.
If they haven't checked in yet
Not a problem. Holding flowers for an arriving guest is routine for a hotel. If they're checking in later that day, say so in the delivery notes and we'll write it on the card, so the desk knows to hold them rather than go looking.
If they've already checked out
Once flowers are with a hotel we can't retrieve them, and hotels don't forward them on. If the dates might move, call or message us on 0402 522 505 before 2pm and we'll hold the order instead of sending it.
Sign the card
Write your message at checkout and we hand-write it onto a card. Put your name on it. Hotel staff can't tell a guest who sent flowers, and an unsigned bouquet in a hotel room reads as unsettling rather than romantic.
Timing and cost
- Same-day delivery on orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Saturday. After 2pm we deliver the next delivery day.
- Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach are $12. Other Gold Coast suburbs run $12 to $25 by zone. Check yours on the delivery page.
- Needs to be there by a set time? Add Priority Delivery at checkout.
- We're on Orchid Avenue, so the Surfers hotels are a short run and go out early in the afternoon.
Ordering from overseas or interstate
Our promise
Our checkout takes international cards and every price is in Australian dollars. Surfers Paradise runs on AEST, with no daylight saving. If the 2pm cut-off falls in the middle of your night, order ahead and choose the delivery date in the cart.
There is a fuller answer, with our 2pm cut-off written out in your own time, on sending flowers from overseas.
