Every arrangement in Birthday

Colour, and plenty of it

A birthday is the one occasion where restraint is the wrong instinct.

Nothing like the usual bunch

For the person everyone else sends roses to.

Let the florist choose

Tell us the birthday and hand our florist carte blanche. Made that morning, from the best of what came in.

When flowers are not the gift

Some people would genuinely rather eat. Packed by hand and finished the way we finish flowers.

How much is the right amount?

Around a hundred dollars is where a birthday arrangement stops reading as a gesture and starts reading as a present. Below that, choose fewer stems of something good rather than more stems of something ordinary. Above it you are buying scale, and scale is what the milestone years are for.

Sending it to an office

Give us the company name as well as the floor, and a mobile number for the birthday person in case reception is unpredictable. Boxed and vased arrangements travel best to a workplace, because nothing has to be unwrapped or found a home for while everyone is watching.

When the birthday is a Sunday

Send it on the Saturday. We deliver Monday to Saturday, and flowers that arrive the day before are opened while there is still someone home to take them. A day early on a birthday has never once been the wrong call.

Ordered before 2pm, delivered today, anywhere across the Gold Coast, from our shop on Orchid Avenue.

Everything else

It can all arrive together.

Added at checkout

A balloon, a teddy, Belgian couverture chocolate. Added at checkout they travel in the same delivery and land at the same moment, which goes down rather better than flowers turning up on their own.

See the add-ons

The part you don’t see.

It is made the morning it goes out.Not assembled in advance and held. Tied by hand, that day, for that order.
The stems are chosen from what came in that week.Which is why no two are ever quite the same, and why the good ones go early.
Your card is written out by hand.Your words and your punctuation, exactly as you typed them. The flowers last a week. The card tends to end up in a drawer, and stay there.
We do not send anything we would not be happy to receive. If it is not right on the bench, it does not go on the van. You hear from us before it does.
