The roses are grown at altitude on the plateaus above Bogotá, which is what gives a Colombian rose its long straight stem and its heavy head. They open slowly and hold. The lilies come in bud alongside them and open over the days that follow, so the bouquet is not the same at the end of the week as it was at the start.

For birthdays, anniversaries, and the thank you that deserves more than a note. If there is a colour or a variety you would especially like, tell us when you order. Building a bouquet around a particular flower is one of the best parts of the job.
