Same-day delivery on orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Saturday. Orders after 2pm are delivered the next delivery day.
Delivering to a hospital? We deliver to Gold Coast University Hospital, Gold Coast Private Hospital, Southport Private Hospital, Pindara Private Hospital, Robina Hospital and John Flynn Private Hospital six days a week, at the same fee as any other address in that suburb. Everything bound for a ward goes boxed, so it can sit on the bedside table with nothing to find first. Some wards restrict flowers, so it’s worth ringing ahead; if they can’t be accepted we bring them back and call you.
Rather collect? Our shop opened on Monday 10 August 2026. Choose Pickup at checkout and collect free from Shop 38, The Mark, 3-15 Orchid Avenue, Surfers Paradise — usually ready within four hours, and we'll email you when it is.
Want it prioritised? Add Priority Delivery for $30 in your cart and we'll put your order at the front of the day's run and work to your chosen time window.

Timing
How late can I order for same-day delivery?
Before 2pm, Monday to Saturday. Order by then and your flowers are arranged that morning and delivered that afternoon. Anything placed after 2pm goes out on the next delivery day.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
We deliver Monday to Saturday. The shop is closed on Sunday, so an order placed over the weekend goes out on the Monday.
If it needs to arrive for a Sunday, send it on the Saturday and say so in the delivery instructions. We'll choose flowers that are still opening.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Deliveries run through the afternoon, and we don't hold fixed time slots. If the timing matters, add Priority Delivery for $30 in your cart: your order goes to the front of the day's run and we work to the window you choose.
Cost and coverage
How much is flower delivery on the Gold Coast?
From $12 to Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Southport and Ashmore. $15 to the northern beaches and out to Nerang, Robina and Burleigh. $20 and $25 further north and further south.

Which suburbs do you deliver to?
The length of the Gold Coast, from Coomera in the north to Rainbow Bay in the south, and inland to Nerang, Mudgeeraba and Tallai. Every suburb we reach is listed further down this page with its own fee.

Do you deliver flowers to Gold Coast hospitals?
Yes, six days a week, to Gold Coast University Hospital, Gold Coast Private, Southport Private, Pindara, Robina and John Flynn. Delivery is the normal fee for that suburb, and everything going to a ward is boxed so it can go straight onto the bedside table.
Some wards restrict flowers, so it's worth ringing ahead. If they can't be accepted we bring them back and call you.
Can you deliver to a hotel room?
Yes. Flowers go to the front desk or concierge with your card attached, and reception takes them up. That's how the towers here prefer it, and it's the reliable way to be sure the flowers are looked after.
Put the hotel's street address in the delivery fields and the guest's full name as the recipient.
Ordering from away
I'm overseas. Can I still send flowers to the Gold Coast?
Yes, and a good many of our customers do. Prices are in Australian dollars, we take international cards and PayPal, and the 2pm cut-off is Queensland time: AEST, UTC+10, with no daylight saving to catch you out.
Can I collect from the shop instead?
Yes, and pickup is free. Choose Pickup at checkout and collect from Shop 38, The Mark, 3-15 Orchid Avenue, Surfers Paradise. Orders are usually ready within four hours and we'll email you the moment yours is.
