Welcome to Flowers of Surfers Paradise. By placing an order on flowersofsurfersparadise.com.au you agree to these terms.

Products & substitutions

Flowers are a natural, seasonal product. Every arrangement is made by hand and may vary slightly from the photo. If a particular bloom or colour is unavailable, our florists will substitute with flowers of equal or greater value while keeping the overall look and feel of your chosen design. For significant changes we'll contact you first.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a price was clearly wrong we'll contact you before proceeding.

Delivery

Delivery terms, zones and fees are set out in our Delivery policy. Please double-check the recipient's address — we can't take responsibility for deliveries to an incorrectly supplied address.
